The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”),
except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families
of the employees of Business Standard, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
The offer is valid from 25th January, 2026 to 25th April, 2026.
You will get a voucher code which will entitle you to get a Couple Movie Voucher,
Uber Voucher, Pizza Voucher & Cashback.
Booking request should be placed within 30 days from the date of registration.
You can only redeem one voucher per user, per mobile number, per household for entire campaign
The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non-encashable and cannot be
used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer
by any person and if the same is identified, Business Standard and Kikoy Promotions shall
have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such
action as may be allowed under applicable law.
In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon
both the parties. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act
of God, Governmental actions, or other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable
to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject
to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions
caused due to the pandemic.
By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the
parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all
others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against
any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the
awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal
injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace
any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any
details and/or prices without notice.
The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant
agrees to waive off the right of redemption on the date of expiry of the Offer Period.
No new Unique Code will be issued in the event of the original being stolen or lost by
the claimant or receiver. The Verification / Booking Code will be valid for a period
of 1 month.
If the participant has registered with DND / National Do Not Call Registry or has
specifically requested not to receive campaign messages, they might not receive
campaign messages. Business Standard and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not
liable for the same.
Terms and Conditions: Couple Movie Voucher
The holder of the gift voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
The Couple Movie Voucher can be redeemed only through the authorized online platform
or application specified for the voucher and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema
or venue box office.
The voucher can be redeemed for the purchase of movie e-tickets applicable for couples,
subject to availability and participating cinemas.
The code cannot be revalidated once expired.
The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months.
You cannot present this voucher directly at the cinema hall.
Booking details should be placed within the validity of the campaign (two different
options of cinema/movie name, movie date, and time preferences).
On successful submission, the backend team will process the ticket
24–48 hours prior to the show time.
Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
Booking details will be sent to the registered email ID.
Tickets once issued cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per mobile number per household per lifetime.
No two vouchers can be combined, registered, or booked on the same date.
This voucher entitles the user to get 2 movie tickets at any cinema
mentioned on the campaign website.
Business Standard and Kikoy Promotions are not responsible for show cancellations by
theater authorities.
They are not responsible for seat quality, movie quality, or service discrepancies
at the theater.
The voucher covers only movie tickets and does not include food or beverages.
Tickets are issued subject to availability without any seat preference.
Not more than one movie voucher can be redeemed at a time under the same registration
and it is not valid for group bookings.
Valid for shows from Monday to Thursday and Friday, Saturday & Sunday morning shows only.
Booking is not valid for special shows, public or national holidays, 3D shows, or
special screenings.
Terms and Conditions: Couple Pizza Voucher
The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months.
You cannot present this voucher directly at any pizza outlet.
The voucher cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per mobile number per household per lifetime.
No two vouchers can be combined or booked on the same date.
Business Standard and Kikoy Promotions are not responsible for pizza quality or
service discrepancies.
This voucher entitles the user to receive 2 regular pizzas
(Veg or Non-Veg).
The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, non-encashable and cannot be
used with any other promotional offer.
Terms and Conditions: Uber Voucher
Uber Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards are accepted only on the Uber App.
The holder of the Uber GV/GC code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
Uber vouchers are valid across India in cities where Uber services are available.
Uber vouchers cannot be clubbed with in-store or corporate offers.
The voucher can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted within the
validity period.
Terms and Conditions: Cashback
This offer entitles the participant to receive cashback via Online Wallet, UPI or Bank Transfers. Participants are responsible for providing accurate details.
By redeeming the cashback offer, participants agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions.
Redemption requests after the campaign period will not be accepted.
Participants must ensure all payment details are correct. Kikoy Promotions LLP
will not be responsible for incorrect entries. Once submitted, details cannot
be changed and the unique code will be forfeited.
Kikoy Promotions LLP and Business Standard are not responsible for cashback failures
due to payment gateway issues.
Payment partners may reject transactions flagged as potentially fraudulent.
Under no circumstances shall Business Standard be liable for issues related to
cashback redemption failures.
The maximum liability of Kikoy Promotions LLP or Business Standard will not exceed
the cashback value of the unique code (₹500).
Payment partners reserve the right to restrict cashback for suspicious or invalid
accounts and may request verification documents.
